Identify Every Risk, Not Just the Obvious Ones
We start with a risk identification and assessment workshop that surfaces exposures across people, assets, processes, supply chains, regulation, and emerging threats. The output is a risk register that reflects the actual risk landscape your organisation operates in — not a generic checklist or a copy-paste of last year’s audit.
Risk by the Numbers
Quantify Exposures with Actuarial Modelling
We use data and actuarial techniques to quantify each risk by likelihood and impact, prioritising the exposures that matter and the controls that will move the needle. This is what separates risk advisory from risk speculation — every recommendation is grounded in numbers your finance and audit teams can defend.
Built to Last
ERM Frameworks That Actually Get Used
We help organisations build Enterprise Risk Management frameworks, board-level risk appetite statements, and KRI reporting that get embedded in real decisions — not filed away after audit. Our team partners with internal audit, compliance, and finance to make risk thinking routine, not occasional.
What Do You Want to Know?
The most frequently asked questions
How is Kenbright Risk Services different from an insurance broker?
An insurance broker focuses on placing cover. Risk Services starts before insurance is even on the table — identifying, quantifying, and reducing risk through controls, processes, and governance. Insurance is one tool we use, not the answer to every exposure.
Do you use a specific risk framework?
We work with the framework that fits your organisation — ISO 31000, COSO ERM, NIST, or a hybrid tailored to your sector. Our role is to apply rigour, not to force a methodology that does not fit.
Can you train our internal team alongside the engagement?
Yes. Most of our engagements include capacity building — workshops for boards, audit committees, and risk teams, along with ongoing coaching for the people who will own the framework after we leave.
